Silence on Sunday
Silence on Sunday is a group meditation via telecall, where we come together as a global community, live and in real time.
The call lasts for about an hour, starting with a short guided contemplation followed by Silence. We appreciate everybody calling in promptly between 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the hour that we start. so there will be no interruptions of our Silence.
If you would like to join us, simply fill out the Contact Us form and the call-in numbers will be emailed to you.
Each country has its own number, so be sure to mention where you will be calling from.
And of course, if you can’t be on the call, we encourage you to participate anyway in Consciousness from your own quiet place.
Many who have had sessions with me remark how powerful
the silence part of the call has been. And it is, such a joy to witness the shifts and transformation that sitting in total Silence, Knowing the Truth together, bring. To feel the Living Self - to share this deep time of God Realization in the Peace that passes all understanding, when my Self and your Self are recognized as One Self.
Some feedback from previous calls:
“It was quite remarkable ! There is a palpable stillness, like heaven.”
“…The only way I can describe it is as Joel Goldsmith puts it “The Deep Silence of My Peace”. As you said at the end of the session, No one can remain the same after this, one can only go on expanding. Unspeakable gratitude to you and everyone for honoring the Spirit.”
"The meditation on Sunday was amazing"
"This afternoon was Life Altering for me!!!"
"It was very powerful, and I could feel the peace of silence filling up my whole house"
"...Within minutes I felt a deep peace, and then I felt I was connected with you and all the other friends on your Call. I felt light as air and a sense of being lifted up and also felt a Light coming from my heart that was projecting complete goodness - yet it was a seeing that there was no outsideness - no-one trying to bring peace to others, but simply there was no ‘one’ and no ‘others’ to bring peace to, but that peace is already the case. It was a kind of a deeper expansion into that truth which was resonating in my heart and made me feel so connected to you and the group".

Many spiritual traditions, from Quaker Friends and Native Americans to Muslims and Sufis, find a group experience to be a very powerful activity. Consciousness is high when together, as we create the opportunity for deepening our experience of Oneness and opening up to higher dimensions of Awareness.
Why do we sit in Silence?
To be more aware of the Eternal Now, where past and future and all divisions created by words and thoughts, drop away. To be the transparency of mind that is necessary for the experience and expression of our true infinite nature as complete, free and perfect – always.
To be able to hear the still, small Voice that speaks in Silence – not just the silence of physical sounds and mental thoughts, but the silence of our seeming personal sense of self, our seeming personal sense of life.
Silence increases our capacity to discern and experience Truth – the Truth that quiets the mind and is our true teacher. Through the stillness of Silence, the veil of illusion can be lifted, so that it is not the mesmerism of “the world” that we see, but the Reality of Being, thus experiencing that deep inner Peace, that Aware Presence of our real Identity.
An important point to remember, is that in meditation, we are not trying to achieve or attain anything. We are not trying to become one with Source, but are creating that vacuum of a separate self that reveals the already existent Oneness of Being that is Here and Now.
